At Athena Jasper, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are dedicated to offering stylish, high-quality sunglasses that meet your expectations. However, we understand that there may be occasions when your order doesn’t work out. That’s why we offer a clear and customer-friendly return policy to ensure your shopping experience remains smooth and worry-free.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The sunglasses must be in new, unused condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
  • All original packaging, including the protective case, cleaning cloth, tags, and inserts must be included.
  • Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt, must be provided.
  • Customized, final sale, or clearance items are non-refundable unless defective.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of the product (if it’s damaged or defective)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with shipping instructions. Please do not send any items back without an RA number, as they may not be processed properly.

3. Return Shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. Athena Jasper is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit.

4. Refunds

After your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your sunglasses for a different color or style, please email us first to confirm product availability. Exchanges will only be processed once the original item is received and approved for return.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
