1. Shipping Information
Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard and expedited shipping options depending on your location:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days
- International Shipping: 7–15 business days (varies by location)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders, as indicated on promotional banners or during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
2. Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes preferences change. That’s why we offer a flexible exchange policy for all eligible sunglasses.
Eligibility for Exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- All original packaging and accessories (such as cleaning cloth and case) must be included.
- Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Clearance, customized, or final sale items are non-exchangeable.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
To request an exchange, please email us at assist@athenajasper.com with the following:
- Your full name
- Order number
- The item you wish to exchange
- The new item/style/color you would prefer
Our support team will provide further instructions and verify the availability of the replacement item.
Exchange Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. We will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you once the original has been received and inspected.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at assist@athenajasper.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will quickly resolve the problem by sending a replacement at no extra cost or offering an alternative solution.
